Day 3 and the sugar headaches are real

Mike R. · 3 months ago

I'm on day 3 of the 7-day intake splint and the sugar withdrawal headaches hit hard yesterday. Drank a liter of water and went for a walk instead of raiding the pantry. Woke up today feeling clearer. Is this normal?

Finished my first 7 days — 4 lbs down

Sarah T. · 3 months ago

Just wrapped up my first intake splint. 4 pounds down, but more importantly I'm sleeping better and the 3pm crash is gone. Swapped my afternoon soda for sparkling water with lemon. Small change, big difference.

Restarting after a rough weekend

Fell off hard at a family BBQ. Ate like it was my last meal. But Monday morning I just started again. No guilt spiral, no 'I'll start next week.' That's the difference this time.
